Litigation and Education Campaigns

Our goal:

Restore the Constitutional rights of every American and defeat the clear and present totalitarianism. This threat manifests through public health, euthanasia and medical resource rationing.

What sets us apart:

• We strike at the core legitimacy of the governors’ order. We attack the basis for the powers, the scope of the grant of powers, the scope of the actual orders and excesses in time and abuses of power. Other firms focus on disparate treatment issues but that’s just griping that its unfair that not everyone was shut down completely or giving the government the power to shut people down, as long as it is equally destructive.
• Our litigations are aimed at the court of public opinion. We mount media campaigns to move public opinion in favor of our clients and the rights they champion. In addition to filing press releases and conducting interviews, we create ongoing articles, op-eds, speaking engagements, and build alliances and collaborations with like-minded individuals and organizations.
• We challenge the assumptions that the pandemic justifies total public health control. We require that the government prove that the science and medicine justifies the emergency powers.
• We do not enter settlements or compromises that leave the government overreach fundamentally intact.
• We quarterback a team of attorneys and experts to bring to bear the best ideas and resources. We welcome new participants. At the same time, we make sure that the strategy is motivated by our vision and not by committee.
• We will mount multiple lawsuits in multiple states to create a powerful movement in the courts, powerful education and powerful results. The ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center have been very successful in mounting many litigations simultaneously in various states and districts and circuits. This strategy works by creating conflicting rulings that then require the review of higher courts. This is how cases are forced to the Supreme Court.
• We carefully research the consequences of prior court rulings and urge their overturn when we can show that they are in direct conflict with the Constitutions of the United States and the States.

Our campaign goals

• Lawsuits against the Governors – Defeat government powers that contradict the state and federal constitutions. Through court rulings and education, lead to the repeal of emergency powers acts.

• Details – the governors violate the terms of the emergency powers acts by exceeding the intention and scope of the acts and not ending the use of the acts even after the emergency has ended
• Tactical fronts – each can be a separate lawsuit
• Open all businesses – reject the essential non-essential distinction
• Open all houses of worship
• Open all schools
• Open mikvas (Jewish ritual bath) to all users
• Combat the denial of services and food to people who do not wear masks.
• Combat wedding and funeral restrictions.
• Combat mask tickets en masse.
• Defend the right to assemble and rally.
• Undo the advances of the public health euthanasia campaign. Challenge and defeat physician assisted suicide, the program of medical murder.
  • Tactical front – ongoing legal challenge to the New Jersey physician assisted suicide act. Appeal pending.
• Sue hospitals and medical centers for gross negligence and intentional harm in the elimination of COVID-19 patients through the use of morphine drips, starvation, dehydration, ventilators, isolation. This litigation is critical to prevent future eliminations of patients.
• Sue Governors for the denial of effective remedies to patients, including but not limited to HydroxyChloroquine (HCQ). This is vital to opening the widespread use of remedies that would end the claimed emergencies.
• Block quarantines – Sue now to prevent creation of quarantine facilities, sue to block quarantines as the governors seek to quarantine people.
