The Chinese Communist System is the Real Model of Public Health
(This original investigative journalism gives us a glimpse into how the Public Health tyranny co-opted American politicians, media, scientists, doctors, religious leaders and trusted influencers over a multi-decade campaign of infiltration and manipulation to convince Americans to embrace Public Health tyranny.)
Since early 2020, the Wall Street Journal has been pushing voices that claim that the only way to effectively deal with the public health “crisis” is to mimic Chinese Communist methods. Now we don’t really know what happens in Communist China, but these are the methods that the Chinese Communists portray to the West as being used. Videos coming out to the West are all to be presumed as staged for Western consumption. Even if the activities recorded in the video are actually happening, they should be presumed to be released to shape your thinking.
Examples of articles in the Wall Street Journal include articles that promoted stronger lockdowns, decried state by state difference which prevent an ‘effect’ nationwide totalitarian response, and so forth.
Where does the Wall Street Journal get these ideas from?
‘Experts.’
Which ‘experts’?
Public Health and infectious disease ‘experts.’
Chinese Communists manage US public health ‘experts’ quoted by the Wall Street Journal as why Chinese tyranny is needed in the US
Experts who amazingly all have the same thing to say. Rapid, total responses are needed. China is a model on an effective response. The US will suffer so long as it does not mimic China. Give the federal government the power of nationwide public health controls. Etc. Etc.
Some of these ‘experts’ are Americans. But some of those quoted by the Wall Street Journal actually receive money from the Communist Chinese government as part of their campaign to acquire assets in US academia and laboratories.
I wrote a letter to the Wall Street Journal in March 2020 decrying the use of the Wall Street Journal to promote tyranny as an obvious and effective idea to Americans.1One challenge with the Wall Street Journal is that the same article will have a different headline in print and online.
It was never printed, but you can read it right here.

Here is the original WSJ article that prompted my letter. The quoted “US based public health expert” mentioned in my letter is Ian Lipkin a promoter of public health tyranny à la Chinese Communism.
Notice how WSJ writer Jeremy Page pushes the idea that merely locking people down is not enough. What really works, he says, is that people have to be removed from their families to “makeshift hospitals and temporary quarantine centers.”
Notice this is not an ‘opinion’ piece but presented as ‘news.’ And, Jeremy Page is not sitting in New York. He writing from China! He has been since 1997 – China and other communist countries. That’s a quarter century of presenting Chinese Communist propaganda to the West, first through Reuters, then the Times of London and now the Wall Street Journal.2We don’t have enough information from this research to know if Jeremy Page is an actual Chinese agent, but like all reporters in and about China, he is a tool in the disinformation campaign of the Chinese Communists. Not only did Page use as his resources for his article Chinese Communist doctors and scientists but the US ‘expert’ he quoted was someone in the Chinese Communist’s employ. Obviously he did not get Lipkin’s number randomly. It was the US counterpart needed for the article to promote the Chinese Communist public health solution. The other non-Chinese expert quoted by Page is Devi Sridhar. Sridhar is a Rhodes Scholar, whose first book was promoted by the Council on Foreign Relations, Foreign Affairs publication as a ‘must read book.’ She wrote a book with Chelsea Clinton called Governing Global Health: Who Runs the World and Why? According to Wikipedia, “in the book, Sridhar and Clinton argue that health governance is global and that global institutions are necessary to protect citizens and improve health outcomes on a broad scale. In addition, global health governance is changing, with increasing recognition of the need for intergovernmental cooperation to combat health problems.” She has worked with the Harvard Global Health Institute and London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine two leading public health tyranny operations. Sridhar serves on the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on the Health Industry and does work with Wellcome Trust. In 2018 she ‘predicted’ a virus of animal origin would travel from China to the UK. She advocated for stronger UK lockdown measures and promotes testing as the way to “preserve your economy.” For example, in a propaganda piece published in a ‘scientific’ journal devoted to public health ideology co-written with Chinese Communist public health colleagues, she writes: “Early implementation of intense and sustained control measures is key to achieving a near normal social and economic life.” She also opposes the idea of natural herd immunity. There appears to be some controversy about the content of her Wikipedia page with attempts to keep out her more controversial statements. She is a militant for “Zero-COVID,” tried to have that adopted as UK policy, called for “blanket international quarantine” and claimed that “the vaccines are 100% safe for children.” How did Jeremy Page end up with her as a source when she is an anthropologist and her Wikipedia page shows no medicine, virology or immunology training? Because Jeremy Page is sticking with the ‘experts’ who will support the public health tyranny.
Notice he conjures up “many doctors and experts” creating the appearance of consensus. He quotes Chinese Communist doctors right out of Wuhan to increase the fear. He quotes the WHO as calling for the Chinese “comprehensive strategy.”
And, then he quotes American “Ian Lipkin, an infectious disease expert at Columbia University who visited China in January and has been advising health officials there.”3Lipkin is also the same Lipkin referred to in this news piece: “Walter Ian Lipkin, a professor of epidemiology at Columbia University, who is known as a “virus hunter,” thanked Fauci last year for publicly dismissing notions that the virus could have originated and leaked from the Wuhan lab.” See more further in this article. Meaning he is on the payroll of the Chinese Communists. Not surprisingly he “says the U.S. should immediately implement a nationwide stay-at-home policy and then move to a “stratified isolation system” until a vaccine is ready.”
I since cancelled my subscription to the Wall Street Journal.
But, dear reader, Ian Lipkin is still at Columbia University.
And Lipkin has deep Chinese Communist ties. Of course, since it involves ‘public health’ few pay attention.
Let’s see what’s reported here (emphasis added):
Walter Ian Lipkin, a professor of epidemiology at Columbia University, who is known as a “virus hunter,” thanked Fauci last year for publicly dismissing notions that the virus could have originated and leaked from the Wuhan lab.
“We deeply appreciate your efforts in steering and messaging,” Lipkin wrote to Fauci on May 5, 2020, a day after he cast doubt on the lab leak theory.
The “we” referenced in Lipkin’s email to Fauci appears to include a Chinese government figure. As part of the message, Lipkin forwarded an email from Chen Zhu, China’s former Minister of Health, who is currently a vice-chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China. Li Zhanshu, a prominent figure in the Chinese Communist Party and a top advisor to China President Xi Jinping, chairs that governmental body.
The entire contents of Zhu’s message are unknown due to redactions made before the email’s release to Buzzfeed News, which obtained Fauci’s coronavirus communications through a Freedom of Information Act request. [My note: The US Government is redacting Chinese Communist correspondence to protect who?] The publication received and made public 3,200 pages of Fauci’s email correspondence. (Lipkin’s email begins on page 706).
In addition to his government ties, Zhu also acts as president of the Red Cross Society of China, an entity that claims it is independent of state control. China’s Red Cross, however, is funded and directed by the Chinese government. The honorary president of China’s Red Cross, Wang Qishan, is also a member of the Chinese Communist Party and assists President Xi Jinping on foreign issues.
Lipkin and Zhu’s relationship dates back to at least the early 2000s, when the pair had worked together on the SARS outbreak. At the time, Lipkin had served as an intermediary between the World Health Organization and the Chinese government.
In late January 2020, Lipkin traveled back to China to study the coronavirus outbreak. As part of the effort, he partnered with a Chinese research crew spearheaded by Lu Jiahai, a public health professor at Sun Yat-sen University. [My note: All professors are members of the Chinese Communist Party] This institution is subordinate to China’s Ministry of Education. Luo Jun, a Chinese Communist Party member, steers the university.
Before returning to China, Lipkin’s extensive history with prominent Chinese researchers and government officials had earned him several accolades from the communist body.
In 2016, the Chinese government presented Lipkin with the International Science and Technology Cooperation Award, the country’s highest honor to foreign scientists. The ceremony was presided by President Xinping.
“I am deeply honored by this award,” Lipkin said at the time. “It solidifies my relationship with dear friends and colleagues in the Chinese Academy of Science, Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Health, and with the people of China.” [My note: Meaning the oppressors of the people of China.]
In early January of this year, Lipkin was presented with a medal at the Chinese Consulate of New York. China’s Central Government, Central Military Commission, and State Council provided the award.
Lipkin has also praised China’s response and transparency early on in the coronavirus pandemic, despite indications that the Chinese government engaged in a cover-up.
Lipkin did not respond to a request for comment.
So LIpkin is a deep Chinese Communist agent. He is at the center of the public health tyranny. He works with them, he is part of them. He promotes Chinese Communist ideas. He has been involved in promoting nearly every public health ‘crisis’ – AIDS, West Nile, MERS, SARS and COVID. And he trains generations of public health ‘experts’ at Columbia University in using public health to transform America into a public health dictatorship.
And, Jeremy Page and the Wall Street Journal promote Lipkin as an expert and his agenda as ‘news’ and ‘necessary.’ 4We reached out to the Wall Street Journal for comment on the issues raised in this article. The only response was that Jeremy Page no longer works for the Wall Street Journal and we should contact someone else at the Asia desk. That person also did not respond. While we don’t know why Jeremy Page is no longer at the Wall Street Journal, the Wall Street Journal has not retracted nor apologized for his propaganda work in reshaping America.
Now we can understand why they want you debating Wuhan lab theories and whether Dr. F should be fired. Those are tiny superficial issues. Instead, the entire system needs to be dismantled, regardless of where their panic of choice is alleged to come from and regardless of who they put up in front as their poster boy.
COVID has been the ‘crisis’ to move them far ahead in the tyranny. Lipkin and his many colleagues are still active laying the groundwork for the next ‘crisis,’ a variant, a new virus, a chemical/biological leak or attack, overpopulation, to further solidify the public health tyranny.
While COVID may wane from the public spotlight temporarily, the psychological warfare terror infrastructure described in this article is much more developed now than it was in early 2020 working incessantly to prepare the American people for health care rationing and greater tyranny, may G-d Al-mighty save us.
How long will Americans tolerate this?
